Edelweiss Gartens


Edelweiss Gartens is a community located just south of Graham Rd. off Victoria in College Station, Texas. It consists of over 400 homes and they are still building today. Homes are typically 3-4 bedrooms and average 1650 SF in size (several hundred square feet smaller than their "sister" subdivision; Edelweiss Estates.


The neighborhood features a nice lighted park with playground equipment including jungle gym and swings. The jungle gym is shaded. A gazebo is the perfect place to host a picnic, a built-in grill to bar-be-que while letting the kids burn off some energy at the park is a great inexpensive entertainment. A water fountain and picnic tables and benches as well as a bike rack are nice additions to this neighborhood park.





Homes generally sell around the $170K range, but search well and you could find one as low as $140K or up to $220K. Homes in this neighborhood are generally less than 10 years old (most around 5 or less) so if you're searching for a recently built home for under $175,000 you're sure to find some possibilities in Edelweiss Gartens.
